Will Mill

Periodically, usually once a year, Rebecca holds a one–day Will Mill where pre-enrolled participants can complete an information sheet, go shop or have lunch and return later that day to sign a will and related powers of attorney. Participants must have estates that require no tailoring, no tax planning and no trusts. The fixed price for the documents is $499.

What are the significant documents that will be prepared?
  1. medical power of attorney
  2. statutory durable (business) power of attorney
  3. declaration of guardian (in case of my later incompetence or need)
  4. directive to physicians, family and surrogates (living will)
  5. appointment of agent for disposition of remains (to make funeral arrangements)
  6. organ donor designation
  7. last will and testament
Space is limited. Ask Rebecca if you might qualify for the next Will Mill.
